Nebraska Advanced Radiology accepts all insurance plans including:

• Medicare
• United Health
• Coventry
• Mutual of Omaha
• Blue Cross Blue Shield
• Medicaid

In the event that your carrier is not listed, please contact our office and we will contact your insurance company to make sure the exam will be covered. Sometimes insurance companies require extensive pre-authorization prior to your appointment, which will be completed through our office.

You may be required to pay a co-payment or deductible. The patient coordinator will discuss your financial responsibility with you prior to your scheduled appointment. Nebraska Advanced Radiology is a Medicare provider and attempts to contract with all major insurance companies. Your financial responsibility will be calculated as if Nebraska Advanced Radiology is contracted with your insurance company.
