Where is Nebraska Advanced Radiology located?
Nebraska Advanced Radiology is located ½ block North of Dodge Street, on 32nd Avenue.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Please contact Nebraska Advanced Radiology immediately at (402)715-5200. If your appointment is for the following day and it is after 5pm, please contact our company mobile phone at (402)213-3732. Note that all PET/CT and Nuclear SPECT appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
What if my insurance denies my procedure after I have already had it done?
Don’t panic! Insurance companies deny these exams for a variety of reasons. Our billing company receives the same denial letter that you do and will work with the insurance company to get it straightened out. Should you wish to discuss this with someone, please contact our office.
I don’t understand my bill from Nebraska Advanced Radiology. Who should I contact?
First, look at the upper right corner of your bill. There is a box that will state that the claim is processing through your insurance company or if the amount is your responsibility. If you still have questions, please contact our billing company, MedPlus, at (402)397-1531.
Will Nebraska Advanced Radiology do all of the insurance work before I arrive for my appointment?
Our patient coordinator will work with the referring office to pre-certify or pre-authorize your appointment before you arrive. If the insurance company will not cover your exam, we will contact you prior to your appointment.
I don’t have insurance. Is there anything Nebraska Advanced Radiology can do to help me?
Nebraska Advanced Radiology has a fee schedule just for patients in this situation. Please contact our office and we will discuss that rate and a payments plan to make certain you can have the exam done in a timely manner.
